Audits and ISO Implementation

Your operation already has a standard. We make it visible, measurable and certifiable.

We implement and audit ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 (one, several or all) with indicators management uses to decide and a system the operation recognizes as its own.

The problem

Most management systems are built to pass an audit and then abandoned. What is left is a heavy archive, processes nobody follows and a certificate on the wall that changed nothing about how the operation runs.

A well-implemented standard does the opposite: it orders the operation, reveals what wasn't being measured and gives management something to decide with. The difference is not in the standard, but in how it is implemented.

The result of what we do

ISO
9001, 14001 and 45001 implemented and audited, on the high level structure they share.
KPI
Indicator dashboard per process, to decide on data rather than perception.
1
A single system or an integrated one, always tailored to the operation and ready to grow with it.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the SG-SST and ISO 45001?

The SG-SST (Colombia's mandatory occupational health and safety management system) is compulsory, and the Ministerio de Trabajo (the ministry of labor) verifies it against the minimum standards of Resolución 0312 de 2019. ISO 45001 is a voluntary, certifiable international standard, more demanding on organizational context, leadership and worker participation. A well-designed system covers both with a single documented structure.

Can I integrate ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 into a single system?

Yes, and it is the sensible route. The three share the High Level Structure (Annex SL), which allows for one policy, one process map, one risk matrix and integrated audits. It cuts maintenance cost and audit time significantly.

Do you certify?

No, and it matters: certification bodies must be independent from the consultant who implements the system. We prepare the system, run the internal audit and provide technical support during the certification audit with whichever body the company chooses.

What happens to the system we already have in place?

We start from an assessment. In most cases there is a usable base and the work is to clear out redundant documentation, correct the legal register and rebuild the indicators. Starting over tends to cost more and achieve less.
